Surinder (Shindi) focuses mainly on the front end design and planning stages, across a variety of sectors. Her commitment to good design extends to every area of her professional and personal life and she is at the heart of the practice’s creative output.

Shindi works a lot through the medium of hand drawing, where she is exceptionally skilled at bringing projects to life with her sketch illustrations.

She is also a champion of sustainability and alongside others in the team, is currently developing a strategy to improve the green credentials of our projects, as well as the environment in which we work.
