A new hotel was consented in 2017 at Twelvetrees Crescent in Bromley by Bow, East London. Despite being successfully branded as a Hampton by Hilton it proved to be undeliverable both in terms of cost and buildability.

As leaders of a newly appointed design team, Aros have now successfully achieved an amendment to the original planning consent taking the scheme from the original 164 keys to 183. The public areas, back of house spaces and guest room floors have been completely re-planned, improving efficiency dramatically within the consented massing. As a result, the cost / key has been lowered significantly - all without the need to apply for a new planning application.

As a result, the project is now out to tender and due to commence on site later in the year. Completion is expected in Q1 of 2022.
