We are proud to share that 100 Brewery Road for the City of London has reached completion.
Working with Gilbert Ash on the delivery of this new-build, three-storey extension to the north (rear), east and west (sides) and the addition of a new top floor and terrace at roof level, the design approach follows the energy hierarchy of “be lean-be clean-be green” and some specific measures including the use of passive design features and active energy systems; metering and sophisticated energy management controls and the integration of solar photovoltaic panels.
The works add 1,820m2 to the original building: a whopping gain of 62% more footprint, and the retrofit returns a sustainable offer of nearly 51,000sqft of office and light industrial space back to the market with new stunning views of the surrounding skyline from the new areas.
